Welcome to our dds supports program

The program is designed for individuals who are eligible under Oklahoma Health Care Authority's DDS & Daily Living Supports Waiver Program.

We work closely with each person's case manager, guardian, and family to ensure the member's needs are met and their choices respected.

All of our program services are available completely on a voluntary basis. Members are completely free to choose to use our services or not to. 

We can provide a home or apartment for members to lease. We can also assist members in selecting other member roommates to share expenses. 

If you choose to lease one of our program homes, our HTS & Transportation services are available to you 24/7.  Our services are also available on an as-needed/as scheduled basis if you're living in a non-program-provided home.

If you're providing support for your loved one at home, you may occasionally need a break or backup support. We can come to your home for a set number of hours, days, or even overnight.
